In random situations, sync-monitor fails to sync silently

For some reasons, sync does not work. Work around is removing/recreating an account.

The logs says that the calendar list is empty whereas the first step is performing fine:

Sources config did not change. No config needed
Will prepare to sync: 23 ()
Nothing to sync!
No more job to sync.
