Cannot install foreign architectures due to lomiri-download-manager-common dependency
It is not possible to install any of the subpackages which depend on lomiri-download-manager-common with a foreign architecture, e.g installing libldm-common0 results in:
apt install --no-install-recommends libldm-common0:arm64

This currently break the installation of ubuntu-sdk-libs
with a foreign architecture which is required for clickable CI images, see clickable/clickable-docker-images#11 (closed).
