HTML5 apps unable to open files when more than 8 peer apps are present

Expected behavior:

• Install Simple Reader (https://open-store.io/app/simplereader.collaproductions)
• Click "open book"
• Select a peer app in the contenthub dialog
• File is opened

Actual behavior:

When the number of peers in that dialog is higher than 8, HTML5 apps fail to load the selected file. If apps are uninstalled until the number of peer apps is equal or less than 8, files can be opened.
