[mkCal]: birthday dates are not shown in calendar-app

birthday recurrence date was done in qtorganizer-eds before. Now we have to handle them directly recurrence management is done in the code, but not reported in mkCal

--> We should switch to contactsd now, that handle well the job. abook2cal works well with eds but not with mkcal since it stores meta info that are not stored via qtorganizer-mkcal.
