        found unusual policy groups: accounts, networking, calendar, webview

Looking at the source (see https://gitlab.com/ubports/development/apps/lomiri-notes-app/-/tree/main/src/push-helper and https://gitlab.com/ubports/development/apps/lomiri-notes-app/-/commits/main/src/push-helper) incoming push notifications do not actually display a notification but are intended as a mechanism to connect to Evernote servers and update.
