Alarm not working at all

Issue Description :

Alarm is set at night. Alarm does not sound in morning.

Have tested various alarm sounds. Even tried to use a new custom audio file using this bug as a hint.

This is a reality on my pixel3a and also volla.

It seems that the alarm DOES work when the screen is awake so I was thinking maybe some permission problem where the clock app does not have authority to wake up device without password?

• Device :pixel 3a and volla
• SDK/OTA :20.04 (r1027)
• application logs (can be retrive by using Logviewer app from the open store : https://open-store.io/app/logviewer.neothethird )
