Older alarms with custom sound has no sound

Steps to Reproduce

1. Edit a very old alarm
2. Set it to alarm in a minute
3. Wait for the alarm to set off

Expected Results

Alarm sets off with the custom sound

Actual Results

Alarms sets off but with no sound

Additional Information

Not sure when the change happened (perhaps the focal upgrade?) but apparently the old alarms still reference the custom sound from the path /usr/share/sounds/lomiri/ringtones/ while the newer ones are from the path /.local/share/clock.ubports/CustomSounds/ I assume there were scripts that were executed during the upgrade to move these custom sounds but perhaps missed on updating the existing alarms to use the new path?
