Port to Lomiri on focal

• remove snap packaging data
• port to Lomiri
• update Click packaging
• update Debian packaging for focal
• merge QML module subpackages into main package
• rename package and application by removing ubuntu- prefix
• update and move Jenkinsfile to debian/
• update translations
• fix build time dependency installation of libreoffice, poppler

This fixes #60 (closed).
