app-launch-profile: Use lomiri namespace in binary file names.

I have a similar patch for the official Debian package. However, with the official DEB based on lomiri-ui-toolkit 1.3.3000, I do the file renaming in debian/rules, whereas this patch renames them directly in situ.

Problem here (without much extra effort) is: I don't have a build environment to test the build of upstream lomiri-ui-toolkit against a focal chroot.

This fixes #17 (closed).
