Bring biometryd to multidist

Ratchanan Srirattanamet requested to merge personal/peat-psuwit/make-it-multidist into main

This MR contains fixes which make biometryd builds on both xenial and focal. It also contains an internal DBus interface rename to be under com.ubports. As the change isn't breaking, there's no need to bump the version.
