Renaming a File/Directory That is Listed Below the Top-Most File/Directory Will Always Rename the Top-Most File/Directory Listed In the Default File Manager
Problem: If you have multiple files/directories within any given directory, if you attempt to rename any items below the top-most item, the top-most listed item (file or directory) will be renamed instead. Leaving the file/directory the user wished to rename unchanged.
Steps to Recreate:
- Create a new directory in your home folder with any name
- Enter this new directory and create multiple files/directories
- Long press on any file/directory below the top-most item to rename it
- Select the rename icon, rename it, and then confirm
Notes: If the file is the only item within a directory, or is the top-most item listed in the directory, renaming the file/directory seems to work as expected.
