(2/2) Proper camera orientation support (V.2)

This MR takes advantage of qtubuntu-camera 0.4.0 by stop calculating orientation ourself and correctly wire up viewfinder's orientation. This, together with this pr against qtubuntu-camera, solves FP2 front camera rotation issue.

Noted that due to system dependency requirement, framework version in manifest.json is bumped to 16.04.2. The framework version has just been merged.
