Cannot install on Raspberry Pi B+

Hello,

I want to use my Raspberry Pi B+ as a TV Mosaic server.

I have tried with Raspbian Stretch and Raspbian Buster. I have tried TV Mosaic Community Edition and the old TV Mosaic with a licence.

I have tried to install TV Mosaic with this command :

sudo dpkg -i tvmosaic-raspberry-linux-armhf_raspbian-8.0.0.deb

and there is an error in the installation process :
