Fedora 41: Loading of module with unavailable key is rejected

I had problems with the default Fedora 41 kernel seemingly turning off fans, causing the CPU to run at high temperatures and throttling. Thus, I followed https://www.tuxedocomputers.com/en/Add-TUXEDO-software-package-sources.tuxedo#fedora-and-derivatives to install Tuxedo Control Center and the necessary kernel modules on Fedora 41. However, I noticed Tuxedo Control Center does not show fan speeds and temperatures.

https://github.com/tuxedocomputers/tuxedo-control-center/?tab=readme-ov-file#using-it suggests:

Note: TCC depends on the tuxedo-io module from the tuxedo-keyboard package for some core functionality like fan control. (https://github.com/tuxedocomputers/tuxedo-keyboard is now included in this repository here.)

Thus I ran:

❯ sudo modprobe tuxedo-io
modprobe: ERROR: could not insert 'tuxedo_io': Key was rejected by service

dmesg reveals:

Loading of module with unavailable key is rejected
