Audio guided session

A fairly big request. At it's simplest, playing an audio file whilst a meditation session is active, with the session time set to the length of the audio file.

A new preset type of 'Guided' alongside 'Timed', etc. When Guided is selected, a new option row appears above the preset type row. Pressing that gives a new screen for managing guided meditations.

At the bottom of the new screen are the buttons: "Add" and "Remove". "Add" would give a file browser with which to select an audio file of a guided meditation. Then a request to give a name to the file for it to appear in the available guided meditations list.

Potential later features include; the option to enter an audio file URL for download, default available-to-download meditations in the list, the option to enter a YouTube URL to download a recording (with video time jump handling), the option to 'top' and 'tail' a downloaded guided meditations, etc.
