Provide legacy manylinux wheel names

Obviously zc.buildout and/or setuptools can not deal with https://peps.python.org/pep-0600/ platform tags and pick the source dist instead. Therefore, pyruvate also needs to provide the manylinux2014 tag in the wheel name. S. e.g. the wheel names for https://pypi.org/project/numpy/#files.
