No "Spirit Healer" in undercity: Cannot resurrect when brought to Undercity Graveyard upon death.

Upon dying near the Undercity I was brought to the Undercity Graveyard but was not able to find the Spirit Healer in order to resurrect. I had to walk back to my corpse which was deep in Scarlet Crusade territory, which is obviously far from ideal :P. I'm guessing this is a database issue?
