isOnScreen and isClickable both return true even if the chatbox is covering the target while talking to NPC in resizable mode with transparent chatbox

Calling isOnScreen and isClickable for any entity will return true if chatbox with npc chat is covering the target when resizable mode and transparent chatbox are both enabled
