Switch for enabling/disabling bundle

First things first: thank you for this awesome bundle!

A customer asked me whether it was possible to create a second website in a Contao which already uses your bundle. The problem is that the new website won't be based on Bootstrap.

Installing your bundle however automatically enables Bootstrap inclusion for all websites in this installation. Would it be possible to implement a switch (e.g. in the page layout) for disabling the inclusion of Bootstrap CSS/JS?
