add keyboard shortcut to run query

It would be sweet to have a keyboard shortcut to run the query. CTRL+ENTER might work, though a left-handed CTRL+SOMETHING would be my preference.

This will make it fast to scroll to a new area of the map and then quickly load my custom layers there.
