Vehicle Engine Speed Test may Fail sometimes

What is the current bug behaviour?
The VehicleEngineSpeedTest failed on a recent pipeline so this needs keeping an eye on.
The target speed was the max speed while taking a corner.

- Run the VehicleEngineSpeedTest Test
- Sometimes this might fail
What is the expected correct behaviour?
The VehicleEngineSpeedTest should pass every time.

Possible fixes
The Test may have to be removed and another one in place of the turning section of this test.
