[Big Issue] Other Formula and Spell's Levels not shown

The "Other Formula" button is no longer shown in the chat, and when a spell is cast in the chat the spell level is not shown.

The problem also persists by disabling ALL modules except midi-qol and its dependencies.

Foundry version: 10.285 DND5E version: 2.0.2
