[Feature Request] Expose Create/Remove Concentration Data for use by other modules

Further to the discussion we had about the needs of a module that would seek to change the way concentration is handled, both the trigger and dice used for the check. You suggested that, while possible, it would be made less tedious if the methods which create and remove concentration data were exposed for use by such a module.
