Skill checks are not displaying bonuses on chat card

Saving Throws, Attacks, and Ability checks are all displaying the dice roll and the appropriate bonuses (proficiency + ability) to the chat card.

When I try to do any skill check such as nature or athletics it only displays the dice roll in the chat card.

I've disabled Dice so Nice thinking that might be somehow causing the issue but even with it disabled the problem persists.

If I disable Midi-Qol the bonuses are displayed properly again.

I've gone through all the settings I can think of for Midi-Qol but can't find a way to resolve.
