Advantage / disadvantage / versitile keybinds (ALT,CTL,SHIFT) not working

Advantage / disadvantage / versitile keybinds (ALT,CTL,SHIFT) not working ... they were last week :) But holding a key down before you roll does nothing and always rolls normal.

So I confirmed everything is checked, but the ALT key looks like it highlights everything on the canvas now by default in the system.
