[Request] Add Hook when DamageOnlyWorkflow is complete

The DamageOnlyWorkflow doesn't currently have any hooks being called so it is difficult for other modules to know that the DamageOnlyWorkflow is being called and ran in place of a normal workflow. So it would be nice to have a hook within the DamageOnlyWorkflow that other modules can trigger off of.
