Apply to self when rolled not working

Well I think I did setup an "Apply to self" effect correctly, however it is not really activating, the setup is as follows

This was tested without any other modules except DAE and it's dependecies

The actual feature doesn't have a damaging roll attached to it, but I tried to set one just in case, but it still didn't activate, maybe I messed up somewhere in the setup, but if not I'd love for this to be fixed :)
