lpvnorm does not work for scattered LPVgridss when adding storage functions

The function lpvnorm.m does not work for scattered LPVgridss objects, if a storage function is included. This is due to the structure of the sampling grid contained in the LPVgridss object, as this structure is different for scattered or regular grids. lpvnorm.m seems to be developed for regular grids.
