Automatic restore on Android (to Recover Deleted Data)

When you install an app that you have previously removed from your Android device, you don't get your data back. However, We've applications for the coorporation that the behavior is terrible for us and we don't have option for block this.

My question is, How disable the"Automatic Restore," which will back up app data?

I'll need an function for acess this method and blocking.
