More details in Header of Diff/Merge

I always was annoyed by git using hashes as commit names. While I totally understand, why you cannot have consecutive numbers anymore, I still dislike it, because I usually do not remember my hashes. And then sometimes If I compare things, I just don't now which side is which.
What I propose is to add more information to the headers in the Merge-Tool. Instead of saying "Filename.txt - r4325sdfert435" one could for example add the commit date or parts of the commit message. Possibly this could also be configurable by the user.
It is just, that the hash is for me completely worthless if I do not look both of them up in the History-Window. Adding more detailed information to the header would allow me to skip this almost always.
Also, thanks for this great tool!
