Right click -> assume unchanged is irreversible
By mik... on March 19, 2013 18:30 (imported from Google Code)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Open the commit dialog
- Right click on a file -> Assume unchanged
- Notice the file has correctly disappeared from the changed files
- Browse to the file in windows explorer
- Right click -> Properties
- Go to "Git" tab
- Notice the checkbox for "Assume unchanged" is not ticked
- Tick the checkbox, click apply
- Untick the checkbox, click apply
- Open the commit dialog
- Notice the file is still not listed as changed.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A file that is assume-unchanged from the commit dialog should be reversible so I can see it changed again when I am finished with it.
What version of TortoiseGit and msysgit are you using? On
what operating system?
1.8.1
Win7
