Easier to clean TortoiseGit temporary files

Currently, TortoiseGit writes temporary files with many different patterns of file/dir names. This makes it harder to find out those file and clean them.
With reference to SVN TortoseMerge, there is a feature to clean up old temporary files on exit. But current Git TortoseMerge fails to clean because the filename pattern does not match the pattern specified in TortoiseProc.
I suggest to write all temporary files under %TEMP%\TortoiseGit folder.
