Store status for view patch in commit dialogue

By ...@wolke7.net on November 30, 2011 10:40 (imported from Google Code)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. In the commit dialogue, activate view patch. The patch is shown on the right side.
  2. After commiting, open the commit dialogue again.
    3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect that when I activate view patch, this adjustment is stored so that the next time the commit dialogue is opened, the patch is already shown without clicking on view patch.
At the moment, the patch window is always closed when you open the commit dialogue.
So if you always want to see the patch, you have to click on view patch for every commit.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
TortoiseGit 1.7.5.0, Git 1.7.7.1, Windows 7 64 bit
