Alt+S conflict for sign and set date

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open the commit dialog box
2.Press alt+s
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should put in the Sign of the author, it selects the Set commit data checkbox.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.7.4.0 64-bit

Please provide any additional information below.
Please change the set commit date shortcut to something else.
