TGitCache.exe often locked file

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.use '>mvn clean' in common line
2.[ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-clean-plugin:2.4.1:clean (default-clean) on project bc-business-base: Failed to clean project: Failed to delete D:\Work\bc\bc-business\bc-business-base\target\test-classes\cn\bc -> [Help 1] ....
3.problem disappeared if i killed 'TGitCache.exe'.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
My team is bothering by 'TGitCache.exe' everyday.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
TortoiseGit-1.7.2.0-64bit.msi
git version 1.7.6.msysgit.0
window 7 64bit
