What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Create, clone or copy a bare repository.
- Right-click on the repository top-level directory, choose "Git create repository here", with the default (un-checked) "Make it bare" option.
- A new, empty repository is created, wiping out the original.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
(expected) TGit should warn before destroying the existing bare repo.
(instead) TGit initializes an empty repository, causing loss of data.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
TGit 126.96.36.199, Win XP SP 3
