Installer: warns of downgrade when running 0.6.2.0 on top of 0.6.1.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Install 0.6.1.0; reboot
- Install 0.6.2.0
- Observe first page of installer
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect no warning message to appear; I'm upgrading. Instead, I see a
warning that I'm about to downgrade my version.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
x64 0.6.1.0 and then upgrading to 0.6.2.0; Windows Vista Ultimate x64.
Please provide any additional information below.
