Enhancement : disabled the commit button if there's no comment entered

By name.is.c... on July 18, 2011 17:56 (imported from Google Code)

It seems that the comment is mandatory for the commit.

When the user tries to commit without having entered a comment, an error messagebox is displayed.

A more elegant solution would be to disable the commit button till the user enters a comment, and add a label to invite the user to do so.
When the comment is inputed, the button is enabled.

As a sidenote, would it be possible to define a default comment ?

Cheers,
Carl
