Lost the commit id on file name when use a external diff tool like beyond compare

By xiao... on March 04, 2011 00:57 (imported from Google Code)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open log window
2.select a changed file path
3.double click the path to open a diff window

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I want to see the commit id followed after the file name just like the last version of tortoisegit, but I got file names like "Temp\log264.properties" and "Temp\log265.properties", so I can't know which side is the new one and which side is the old one.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

TortoiseGit 1.6.5.0
git version 1.7.4.msysgit.0

Please provide any additional information below.

There is no problem when use the built-in differ, and also work fine in the last release of 1.6.3.0

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
