cannot open help from switch/checkout, diff from previous, browse refs, clean windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Open any of switch/checkout, diff from previous, browse refs, clean windows
  2. Press Help
  3. Error window appears

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To see the help. This is the second problem I report - maybe it would be possible to open the generic help as fallback (when a certain chapter/hook is not found); it's much better then getting an error message.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.6.0.3 Win 7 x64
