TortoiseProc crash when cloning from a working copy repo

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. c:\temp\repo is a working copy of a git repo.
2. Using the TGit clone dialog clone c:\temp\repo.git to c:\Projects\repo

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Clone completes successively, however when you click 'Close' button on the 'Git Common Progress' dialog, a Run time error occurs with TortoiseProc.exe (see attached image).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Tried with TGit 1.5.9-32bit and 1.6.1-32bit.
WinXp SP3
