add does not work

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. right click on non-empty directory
  2. click on add
  3. file windows open, but empty

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
windows open but is empty : impossible to add,

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.2.0.0-preview on Windows XP SP2

Please provide any additional information below.
When 'git add' done by command line, commit works

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
