Implement username option to git svn operation

git svn works perfectly in case msysgit 1.7.1 after your development in the mainline git tree if you would like to authenticate yourself, but as we discussed in private there is no username option, so it can't be used efficiently now.

Please implement it as soon as possible; thank you in advance!

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
