Implement 'All' and 'None' opportunities in the Set Extended menu settings dialog

By lpapp.b... on June 10, 2010 10:30 (imported from Google Code)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Right click
  2. TortoiseGIT
  3. Settings
  4. Set Extended Menu Item tab

What is the expected output?

To have 'All' and 'None' button or checkbox there since there are a lot of elements there.

What do you see instead?

These buttons don't exist.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
