1.5 series broken on Win7 64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Install msysgit
- Install TortoiseGit (1.5) series
- Change msysgit path to install location
- Nothing works - version not even detected
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
msysgit version shown
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.5 on Win7 64
Please provide any additional information below.
