Fix the Help action in the TortoiseGitBlame window

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Right click on a file of the repository
  2. Choose the 'Blame...' popup menu option
  3. Try to launch Help/Help Topics action from the menubar

What is the expected output?
To launch the related help

What do you see instead?
Failed to launch the help.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
