Revert Renamed File Fail

By zo...@oe-it.ru on April 24, 2010 20:58 (imported from Google Code)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. TortoisGIT->Rename (file)
  2. TortoiseGIT->Revert (Up folder or file)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect back rename
If revert from UpFolder I see "Revert Fail" message and delete file (if I
revert all changes twise after first fail i see normal state)
If Revert from file I see file delete

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win7 x64
TortoiseGit 1.4.4.0
git version 1.7.0.2.msysgit.0
