Support worktree operations (Add, remove, lock, unlock) and worktree list

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Want to add a worktree, remove it or lock/unlock it. Currently TortoiseGit works fine with worktrees but the actions have to be done by other git clients, for example git commandline.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I'd like to do those actions via TortoiseGit itself.

What version of TortoiseGit and Git are you using? On what operating system?

Actions:

• Add a new worktree (with a dialog to provide path, rev and options)
• Remove a worktree
• Lock a worktree (possibly provide the reason)
• Remove a worktree
• List worktrees with detailed information
