RebaseDlg: Remember last selection of 'add "cherry picked from"'

When cherry picking there is an option to add "cherry picked from":

I would like a setting in TortoiseGit to specify the default value for this - so that I could have it enabled by default.

I'm currently running TortoiseGit 2.13.0.1 on Windows (git version 2.36.1.windows.1).
