TortioiseGitMerge doesn't apply Settings/Colors/Misc/Whitespaces

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Click Settings/Colors/Misc/Whitespaces
2. Set to some noticeable color like magenta (Same in Dark mode)
3. Click Ok
4. Restart TortoiseGitMerge

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

• Whitespaces color setting should be applied. It's using RGB(160,160,160) fixed value instead.

What version of TortoiseGit and Git are you using? On what operating system?

• Windows 10 Pro 20H2, Build 19042.1586
• TortoiseGit 2.13.0.1-64bit
• TortoiseGitMerge 2.13.0.0 - 64 Bit, Jan 31 2022
